Pittards offer a standard UK delivery service for £4.95 on orders up to £75.00. Orders over £75.00 are sent free of postage.

All deliveries will be completed Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. Unfortunately we are not able to deliver at weekends. We will contact you immediately if there is likely to be any delay.

We deliver to any UK address (i.e. address with a royal mail postcode) including places of work and Northern Ireland.

*Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Islands and the Scottish Highlands will take up to 7 working days to deliver. Please call our helpline if you require clarification.

A signature will be required to acknowledge delivery. The signature of the person accepting the delivery at the address will be proof that you or the person, to whom the order is addressed, has received the delivery.

In the unlikely event that your purchase is faulty, you can return it within 28 days of receipt for a full refund.

To arrange to return an item for a refund please call our helpline on 01935 382741 where we will be happy to assist in arranging a collection via special courier. Pittards will match the exact cost of returning the goods against the handling and delivery charges, so there will be no additional charge to you.
