Delivery and Returns
Pittards offer a free delivery service for all orders within the UK using Royal Mail's Recorded Service. The goods will normally be delivered within the Royal Mail's First Class mail timeframes, however this does not guarantee delivery within a set timeframe. For an additional £4.95, Pittards offer the Royal Mail Special Delivery service, which guarantees delivery next day for all orders processed before 2pm. The last day for posting goods via Special Delivery for receipt before Chrstmas is 22rd December.
All deliveries will be completed Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. Unfortunately we are not able to deliver at weekends. We will contact you immediately if there is likely to be any delay.
We deliver to any UK address (i.e. address with a royal mail postcode) including places of work and Northern Ireland.
*Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Islands and the Scottish Highlands will take up to 7 working days to deliver. Please call our helpline if you require clarification.
A signature will be required to acknowledge delivery. The signature of the person accepting the delivery at the address will be proof that you or the person, to whom the order is addressed, has received the delivery.

At Pittards, your total satisfaction is essential to us. However, if you change your mind about a product or you would like to change the size or colour, simply return it within 28 days of receipt, with a copy of your order. We also recommend that you obtain proof of posting. Where a product is too heavy to be returned via Royal Mail, please contact our Shop helpline (01935 382741) to arrange for collection by courier. You are responsible for the cost of any returns.
This provision does not affect your Statutory Rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods or your right to cancel orders under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, full details of which are available from our local Citizens Advice Bureau or Trading Standards department.
