Ordering Help

Pittards have tried to make shopping online as easy as possible, so you can have access to our superb range of products 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We hope you find our online buying website quick and convenient to use.

Step 1 - Search for your product or you can browse categories on the left hand side or just type in the search box and click search.

Step 2 – Some of our products, such as Jackets and Gloves come in different sizes. After selecting ‘More Information’ for the product, there is a tab called ‘Size Guide’ that provides details of how to select the size you require.

When you have decided which size you require, please select from the drop down box

and 'Add to Basket'. Your basket contents and total cost will always be available in the top right of the screen. You can remove products at any time before going to the checkout.

The contents of your Shopping Basket are then displayed. If you wish to change the quantity of a product, there is a column marked 'Quantity' - input the number of items of that type you want and select the update button to refresh your Shopping Basket; alternatively using the -/+ buttons will change the quantity and automatically refresh your Shopping Basket.

Once this is complete, you can either

Continue_Shopping

to select further items, or

Proceed_to_checkout

Step 3 - If you are a new customer then click the button and we will create an account for you.

Your primary address must be where your card payment is registered to. You can add alternate delivery address(s) later. Your account details and password will be emailed to you and you can update your password from the 'My Account' login top right of each page.

Alternatively, if you have shopped with us before, enter your email address and password and click on the button.

Step 4 - You can then select an alternate delivery address if you like, or just click through to ship to the primary address

Step 5 - Payment – When you have reviewed your order, you will pass securely to our payment provider Protx who are the largest independent payment service provider in the country, trusted by thousands of online and mail order businesses across the UK.

First, it will ask you to confirm what payment card you are using, click on the image of the card you will be using.

Then it will ask you to put into your card details – card number, card holder's name, expiry/start date and security code (last 3 digits on the back of card). Input all the information and click 'proceed'. It will then show you the order and the payment details, click 'proceed' for the order to be completed.

Step 6 - Confirmation - You will receive email confirmation of payment and order and you can check the progress of your order at any time through the 'My Account' link top right of the pages. We'll let you know when the order's on the way to you.
