Attacama is a versatile leather, perfect for all leather goods, including bags, handbags, luggage and watchstraps; coming from Pittards performance footwear upper leather range, designed with outdoor use and comfort in mind. Printed and oiled; it has a soft handle with a natural luster and a waxy finish. It is water repellent, dries soft and quickly.

Pittards leather hides are sold as sides, where the leather hide is split in half down the backbone; this product has a thickness of 1.8 - 2.0mm and an average area of 20 square feet.

Leather Hide Grades

•    Grade A: suitable for cutting patterns with large panels.

•    Grade B: suitable for cutting patterns with medium panels.

•    Grade C: suitable for cutting patterns with small panels.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the skin is right for the job before cutting. Skins cannot be returned once they have been cut.
